Please join me on Friday, October 16 from 7 – 9 pm at the RUAH Center for an evening of relaxation, visualization and meditation!

Not only will participants will learn the chakra system and it’s significance, they will also receive an acupuncture needle to clear blocked energies, use essential oils and crystals appropriate to each chakra, and hypnotic meditation to balance the energy.
